Our Management
Charles M. Raseala, the Managing Director of Matepe Investments obtained an MBA degree in 2006, BA in 1998, secondary education diploma in 1990. He became an ETDP SETA accredited assessor in 2015 His work experience stretches for 21 years in the public service from 1991 to 2012, as a Teacher, Deputy Principal, Director for Communications responsible for corporate communications, Internal Communications, Stakeholder Relations, Public Relations, Departmental Publications , and later in 2010 was promoted to the post of Superintendent General of the NW education Department with an annual budget of R13bn and a staff complement of 33000, overseeing education provisioning for about 850 000 learners from pre primary to 4 FET colleges. Skills range from programme and project management, financial management, conflict management, labour relations, strategic management and more. The company employs independent contractors to augment its capacities in areas where there are identified needs to fulfil its responsibilities both internally as well as for the delivery of client needs.
